Cancellations & Refunds Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries — we’ve got you!

  • You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • After 2 hours or once the order has been packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +91 95124 70191 or email return@mochiwink.com.

⚠️ We don’t support cancellations for items that are already in transit or delivered.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Since we deal in limited-edition, kawaii collectibles & toys, we do not accept returns unless:

  • You receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product.

If that happens, we’ll make it right 💖

To be eligible:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery for exchange or return the product.

  • if Exchange will be approved then product it will be delivered in 3-4 working days
  • Share clear photos/video of the item, packaging & shipping label


3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your request and verify the issue:

  • A full refund or replacement will be offered

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

  • if refund will be approved the it will be credit in your account in 3-4 working days
  • if you have received any defected or damaged product then replacement will be done with it 1-5 day and the new product will be delivered with in 1-7 days

Refunds are not processed for minor packaging dents or if you simply change your mind after delivery.


4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale/discounted products

  • Customized or special edition items
