1. Overview

We’re committed to delivering your sweet treats FAST. Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST (UTC+5:30) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Once your package ships, it will reach you within 3 business days, across mainland India.

2. Processing & Cut‑off Times

  • Processing Time: Up to 1 business day

  • Product will be delivered with in 1-7 days

  • Daily Cut‑off: 12:00 PM IST
    Orders placed before this time ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day.

3. Shipping Times

Standard 3‑Day Shipping Orders arrive within 3 business days
Remote Locations May take an additional 1–2 business days

Business days = Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)

4. Delivery Exceptions

Delivery may take slightly longer due to:

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations

  • Weather or courier-related issues

We’ll notify you via email or SMS if delays occur.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

  • Use it to track your package on the courier partner’s website.

  • Delivery may require a signature or photo confirmation per carrier protocol.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If you're unavailable, the courier may leave a notice or take your parcel to a local pickup hub.

  • Collect your package within 3 days to avoid return-to-sender.

  • Contact us to arrange reshipping if needed.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our team directly on WhatsApp.
We’ll investigate and, if needed, arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Shipping Charges

  • ₹79 flat-rate shipping across India (3-day delivery)

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999

  • Expedited shipping may be offered at checkout (where available)
